All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders may be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping to the continental US for orders that total $35 or more and have additional options available for expedited service. Most free shipping items will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail which will have a tracking number provided. There are a few items that we do ship USPS First Class mail with our free shipping offering.

*Free shipping for orders totaling $35 or more is offered in the continental US only. Shipping costs may apply for Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories.
We primarily us the US Postal Service. Additional information about the different delivery methods can be found here.
Delivery delays from the shipment carrier may occasionally occur.
If your product was shipped USPS Priority Mail with our Free Shipping offering or you selected one of the other shipping offerings, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
This and That Solutions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
This and That Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us as well so we can help you with the process and work to get you a replacement as soon as possible.
