This and That Solutions specializes in creating pieces for our customers that are customized and personalized to their style. There are many products in our store and almost all of them can be personalized with your photographs, phrases, monograms or name. This makes for great customized gifts or the addition to your home that you have been looking for. From wedding gifts, a gift for someone special or just personalization, we can help. If you don't see exactly what your looking for just ask. Chances are we can help bring your vision to life.

We do! All of our designs are made in house and we use a variety of processes to produce the finished product.

In most cases, clients see a design online and simply want to use that design with their name or initials. Other clients might like a design but want to change a color or a font. When it comes to photo gifts we may have to alter the photo to make it fit correctly.

If the adjustment is beyond a simple change, our designer will work with you to make the adjustments communicating back and forth through your preferred communication channel. Once we are both happy with the design we will get to work on your new personalized gift.

We are a small business and our specialty is personalized products and the handmade process. We aren't primarily set up for mass production of large orders but we do frequently accomadate these orders for our clients.

As a small business, we always want to be as competitive as possible and never want to turn business away. In order to provide you the best quote we will need to know what products you are interested in, the destination(s) we will be shipping, the complexity of the design and detremine what process we need to use.

We would love to help you bring your idea to life and once we have all the information needed we can provide you a competitive quote.

In some cases we do except returns. Because of the nature of most of our items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders

- Items on sale

Since most of our product line is focused around personalization many of our items are made to order. Almost any design can be applied to any products. If you see a design you like but it is on a different product just ask us if we can use it on your desired product.

There is no additional charge. It is all included in the price of your product!

High Resolution & High Quality photos are preferred. Low resolution, dark, fuzzy or blurry photos will not print well. There is very little we can do to improve the quality of the photo if it is low resolution or poor quality to begin with.

In order to ensure we capture your intended focal point; photos should have sufficient background around the subject. Some cropping will occur to fit the image onto the product. Portrait orientation works best for rectangle shape. Landscape orientation and photos with multiple subjects work best with square.

For smaller products such as ball markers, it is best to have 1-2 people max in the phot. For larger groups of people or photos with a lot of detail, it may be hard to see elements of the photograph that you were intending.

When you are adding you product to the cart there will be an option to upload a photo as well as leave us additional notes.

There is a limit to the number of photos you can add during that process. If you have additional photos you need to get to us you can email them to dana@thisandthatsolutions.com and reference your order number.

Yes!! If you provide us your logo we can certainly use that to personalize your product.

If you are looking to have company products available for ongoing purchase, please contact us to discuss options to make these always available for you.

We primarily use USPS for our shipping. At checkout you will see several options including overnight and 2 day options. In some cases we may use UPS, FedEX or DHL to obtain a better rate.

We offer free shipping to the continental US on orders of $35 or more.

Every order will have a tracking number sent to the email on record once the package ships.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and may be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In periods of high volume such as the holidays, our processing time may extend a couple days. If this is the case then we will have a banner at the top of our site with an update.

Just like everyone else we are at the mercy of the shipping carriers and if they are experiencing delays we have no control over that.

If you feel like your package is taking longing then normal please contact us and we will reach out to our partners to get an update for you.

We expect minimal changes to our service but can't guarantee that we wont see some delays.

Our free shipping program relies on the preffered rates that we receive from the USPS so they continue to be our primary provider. If we do see meaningful impacts to the USPS service we will reevaluate our free shipping program and make changes as appropriate.

If you prefer a different carrier there will be additional options available to you at checkout.

We accept payments from all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Diners Club.
